Shadow is the main villain in Yes! Pretty Cure 5: Kagami no Kuni no Miracle Daibouken!. In it, he steals the magical crystals of the Mirror Kingdom, thus destroying almost everything and everyone there, with Migirin and Hidarin being the exceptions. To make his dream of ruling all of worlds come true, he also attempts to take the Dream Collet. He creates the Dark Pretty Cure 5 by using the Mirror Kingdom's crystals to do so.

Yes! Pretty Cure 5: Kagami no Kuni no Miracle Daibouken!Edit
Sometime before the movie starts he has conquered the mirror kingdom and stolen their crystals. He has also imprisoned all the residents by encasing them in crystals save Hidarin and Migirin who he is blackmailing into being his servants. He schemes to steal the dream collette and to use it to grant his wish of ruling all the worlds. To this end he creates Dark Pretty Cure 5 and sends out Hidarin and Migirin to steal it telling the duo that he will free all their friends if they do so. In reality this is all a trick and he is eventually defeated by the real Pretty Cure and the Mirror Kingdom is restored.
Pretty Cure All Stars DX 3: Mirai ni Todoke! Sekai wo Tsunagu☆Niji-Iro no HanaEdit
He also appears in the third Pretty Cure All Stars movie and is revived as the other movie villains the Dark Witch, Freezen & Frozen, Sirloin, Mushiban, Toymajin and Baron Salamander. They all serve Black Hole who revived them to find the Prism Flower which matchs the parallel worlds together. He is the only one who does not fight the 21 Pretty Cures and gets tired of waiting and is going to look for the Prism Flower himself, using his mirrors. But in the end, most of the fairies stop him by using the Miracle Lights and he is purified.

- In Pretty Cure All Stars DX 3: Mirai ni Todoke! Sekai wo Tsunagu☆Niji-Iro no Hana, he and Freezen & Frozen are the only villains, who are not defeated by their respective enemies. Instead, Shadow is killed by the mascots Lulun, Moop, Foop, Coco, Natts, Syrup, Tarte, Chiffon, Chypre, Coffret, Potpourri and Hummy with the Miracle Lights.
- He and Syrup from Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo! share the same voice actress, Park Romi.
